January 23, 2024The staff are phenomenal, the unit is very modern and updated, the insulation is great, and the amenities are all very well maintained. The biggest positive is the location. You simply cannot beat being on 14th street and having an amazing Art-Deco Diner in your building (Ted's Bulletin). I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking to be in the heart of Logan Circle, and to be in a new and very luxurious apartment building with excellent management.Property Manager Responded

February 14, 2022I have lived in the District for quite a few years being one of the people who moved in as it was brand new. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I love the location as it is close to shops, restaurants, and ample workout options. The city vibe you get there is hard to compete with. I had amazing city views with floor-to-ceiling windows that also filled apartment with light. The rooftop is excellent for hosting guests outdoors. Most importantly, I loved the team that works in ...the District. Basically, it felt like staying in a 5-star hotel: all my maintenance and other requests were addressed in less than 24 hours, my packages were safely stored, common areas were meticulously cleaned and I have always felt safe and well cared for. So thank you to the District for all the amazing memories! If you are in doubt, I can assure you, you won't regret renting here.Property Manager Responded
