Best apartment I have ever lived in!
November 7, 2025We have been at this community for almost a year now, and living here just gets better and better! As someone who has lived in many different apartments, I can confidently say that this is THE BEST one I have ever lived at! It starts with the amazing staff, as Richard, Josh, and Duran are absolutely wonderful people all around! The apartments themselves are beautiful and a modern. The views are breathtaking, and the lake is to die for! All my fellow tenants are so kind and respectful, which is ...not something I have experienced in my previous apartments. There are so many great restaurants and stores that are walking distance, so some days I don't even need to drive my car! Every day that I come from work, I have a smile on my face knowing that I get to live in this paradise. Sometimes I pinch myself and wonder how I got so lucky to move here! The price here is a tad higher than some of the surrounding apartments, but it is worth every penny! We initially did not plan on touring this apartment due to it's slightly higher price point, but we are so thankful that we did. The amenities that you get from being are more than worth the slightly higher cost! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would love to live in a luxurious yet tranquil community with a wonderful group of people!Property Manager Responded

Newer apartments but have some issues
April 5, 2023These apartments are new and nicely designed and you can see the ammenities online. They have a great location on the lake, but the price you pay reflects all this. They are the most expensive apartments in all of Issaquah and nearby areas. This is what causes most of the issues - the managment company has had issues getting all the apartments leased in 2023 and seems they are not hitting revenue targets. Some things to consider: Management has been completely changed in April due to the ...occupancy issues/high prices. Something special here: Residents pay for common areas utilities. These common area utilities can be an extra $100-200 per month in addition to your own apartment utilities. Many other apartment buildings do not pass the charges on to residents for common area but this building has all internal heated/cooled walkways so keep that in mind. Parking in the secure underground is $125/month.Property Manager Responded

Constant Inconveniences
July 5, 2022Location is good and interiors look nice. The hallway constantly smells like cat litter. Maintenance requests take weeks. The pool has been out of commission 90% of the time since it was opened for the season, including during the heat wave. Rent payment portal has been down for weeks making us pay "the old fashioned way" removing the convenience of a "luxury" apartment. The floor shakes anytime anyone closes a door.
