AMAZING! Definitely recommend!

I emailed the property management company when right after I moved (downsized). It was a great experience and so many conveniences with the internet, cable, and utilities being part of the rent. We lived there for a little over a year. We lived in the four bedroom, 2 full bath model on the top floor, with a garage. We absolutely loved it there!! The elevator was nice for moving and for my parents. The office staff was amazing and took good care of us. Jenny was so welcoming and helpful, so ...
was Dorene. The maintenance staff was the best I've ever encountered. John and the crew took the best care of us. If we hadn't down-sized, we wouldn't have moved. It was the safest place and the cleanest place we had lived, besides our own homes. The space was wonderful, especially for all of our family gatherings. I didn't worry about my daughter here at all. We paid to have them professionally clean it when we moved out and they even gave us back some of the cleaning money, because I'm an extremely clean person, lol. Shows how honest they are as well. Avoid!

The facility itself is nice, but that is where it ends! Management is horribly rude, maintenance is great at breaking things and messing things up rather than fixing things, and heaven forbid you have an animal! They make tons of accusations about your pets. If you can, avoid like the plague unless you are a glutton for punishment, and have plant of migraine medication for what you will experience!

Apartments are fabulous! Amazing place to live with fabulous rent-included features such as; direct tv and internet. Also, a brand new fitness center with better equipment than any gym. Always folks in the office, easy to reach. It could be more dog friendly, outside. But great place to live!
