February 4, 2026Save your money, I’ve wasted 50k yearly into this community that never gets better. Last week alone there was a DEA raid in one of the buildings. Management never informed the community of what was going on, it’s getting dangerous.Review from Apartments.com

Altura Apartments
June 8, 2022I toured these apartments today and what a welcome surprise for Whittier! I actually went to tour the new condo’s for purchase and saw the signs for Altura! The employees were very welcoming and organic.Even the maintenance guy stop to ask how my day was going. If I don’t decide to purchase, I will definitely get an apartment here in the meantime!Property Manager Responded
