September 30, 2025The process was easy enough and Cindy's help was excellent. My only problem was not doing a tour of the facility before signing the lease and realizing that the apartments are in dire need of repairs given their age.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025Too much problems in our unit and the maintenance didn’t do any good with repairs, the water spilled from our another neighbor and it was their fault for ruined our furnitures. They never come to apologize or anything at all.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2025I have not had any issues living here although it would be nice to have some areas upgraded and maybe get some new appliances and a pool and gym room would also be a great addition and help make you want to stay home instead of having to spend money going somewhere elseProperty Manager Responded

January 12, 2025Friendly and welcoming our only complaint is the apartment was not looked over and my kitchen flooded due to bad pvc hardware not attached underneath due to calcium build up it needs replaced entirely. Kitchen sink leaks from the base and is missing the aerator causing a messy splash when using the kitchen sink. Most of my electrical outlets aren’t attached to the wall and will not hold prongs in the wall causing sparks and that’s a fire safety hazard. The kitchen stove top sparked on me and ...smoked when I turned the knob to turn it on. And the bottom right side burner does not work. My air filter to the AC unit needs replaced there is a shiny red light showing. Just a bit upset our new apartment was not looked over before we moved in. We’re also not to satisfied with the neighbors they have a loud subwoofer which dropped and broke two of our picture fames due from vibrating off our counter top. Other than that the lady up front is very nice and welcoming.Property Manager Responded
