Overall, my experience was good. Alexis at the leasing office is amazing!! However, there were alot of maintenance issues with the apartment still waiting on them to be fixed.

When I first moved in, the apartment had a few issues. I called maintenance to report the issue and to get help. Maintenance went above and beyond to help me out, answering the call and helping me within hours of my call!

I LOVE IT HERE! A lot of great changes to the community. Always on point with rules being sent out, safety, well kept landscaping, when u have an issue the staff make sure to try to resolve it, etc. Most important I LOVE MY GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE! Also Bryce & the maintenance crew!!!!!!!????????

Alvista is a nice place to live, the Leasing agents are very friendly and displays great customer service.
2 issues, the walls a paper thin! I live on the top floor and I can hear the people below me and beside me. I can hear when they are in the bathroom using it.
There is never parking where I live.
