May 21, 2025I LOVE IT HERE! A lot of great changes to the community. Always on point with rules being sent out, safety, well kept landscaping, when u have an issue the staff make sure to try to resolve it, etc. Most important I LOVE MY GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE! February 4, 2025Alvista is a nice place to live, the Leasing agents are very friendly and displays great customer service. 2 issues, the walls a paper thin! I live on the top floor and I can hear the people below me and beside me. I can hear when they are in the bathroom using it. There is never parking where I live.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024I have enjoyed the effective communication and community wide events hosted by the leasing office staff. It is nice to know that as changes are happening in the area, the leasing office staff lets ur know as they find out, so I am always up to date on the latest information.Property Manager Responded

October 26, 2024The Leasing office Team has always given superior customer service, maintenance however has not. Maintenance always does a half job.(having to be called more than once) for the same job. The trash is an issue and the mailroom should be locked, and the gate has never worked.Property Manager Responded
