Rat Infested Filthy and Unsanitary!

This apartment complex is extremely filthy and dirty! The grounds throughout the complex and inside all the apartment buildings are filthy and unsanitary with: Old rusted railings with exposed sharp metal, building walls and grounds are badly stained with food and dirt patches, and lingering foul smells. I LOVE IT HERE! A lot of great changes to the community. Always on point with rules being sent out, safety, well kept landscaping, when u have an issue the staff make sure to try to resolve it, etc. Most important I LOVE MY GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE! Alvista is a nice place to live, the Leasing agents are very friendly and displays great customer service. 2 issues, the walls a paper thin! I live on the top floor and I can hear the people below me and beside me. I can hear when they are in the bathroom using it. There is never parking where I live.
