Overall, we have loved Alvista for years, but over the last two years, we have noticed a decline in maintenance. In Building 4, the common areas are unpleasantly dirty—something that wasn't the case during our first few years living here. The green space facing the golf course at the same building has also been heavily neglected. The paint on the common area floors is peeling, making it look like there are oil stains. Building 4 residents; the stairs look black, as if covered in grease stains. We are saddened by this deterioration, as Alvista used to be a beautiful, well-maintained place.
