August 23, 2025I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and I’m renewing again. It’s quiet, close to everything, and my neighbors are very friendly. Staff is also productive, when something needs fixing they stay on top of things, and they go based on priority. Overall 9.5/10 community, they don’t have many food trucks or community activities anymore that would make it 10/10.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2025So far, my experience has been the same as before. This is a nice place and community, and I enjoy the amenities and the way I feel going in and out of my apartment. There is on some occasion a loud family way after dark just in the street, but it's just sometimes that I can hear neighbors on occasion loudly outside. Depending on when I return from work, sometimes there just is absolutely no parking late at night near my building and I am forced to park much much further. But That is only if I ...get out very late from work, sometimes. Overall, I still enjoy my time here and feel valued when talking with the maintenance people and the office people.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2025I would like to point out that the Office team has always been very helpful and has excellent communication, which I greatly value. However, I am dissatisfied with the new payment format related to Bilt, which has made the process more complicated and exhausting. In addition, the current rent is quite high for an apartment that has undergone several transfers and, when compared to units of the same model, I realize that I am paying more than the current value. I appreciate your attention and hope ...that these observations can be taken into account. I would even like to renew and stay here, but with these observations it is difficult to even recommend someone to come and live here.Property Manager Responded
