Exceeding expectations
March 30, 2024I have loved living here for the past 2 years and just resigned my lease for another year. The great amenities, quiet and safe environment, as well as the friendly staff have kept me here. Not to mention the nearby Lifetime fitness and HEB, this location has everything you need. Do not move here
February 1, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE!! All this place gives you is nothing but issues! We are so tired of it we have been living here since they first opened the original staff here was super helpful and professional we had 0 issues until this new staff took over now everything is an absolute nightmare! We just looked at our rent payment details just to come and realize they are charging us an extra $100 each month for a garage we have never asked for. How does that randomly get added on there for them to not call ...us to confirm this or even an email shows you how much they just don't care! When it comes to neighbors they are so disrespectful at night being loud blasting music having parties and the staff does nothing about it! But they are quick to get on you if you leave your trash outside for more than 2 days because valet trash refuses to pick it up when thats what we are being forced to pay for monthly?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 6, 2023I love living here, The front office staff is amazing always willing to help with a smile. Property is always clean parking is good (use to not be). August 27, 2021From the moment I first saw my apartment I fell in love. It was as if the builder was building in with my specifications in mind. Everything from flooring, doors, ceiling fans, appliances...all upgrades in life! The community amenities are top notch with the best fitness equipment, a large and beautiful pool, the entertainment in the community center...it all makes you feel like you are living at a resort. If only there was a pool attendant to bring drinks with umbrellas! The few times I have ...requested maintenance, the service was expedient and efficient. August 12, 2021I moved to Alys Crossing from living in houses for the past 30 years and love it here! My apartment has truly felt like home since I moved in. The office staff have been friendly, responsive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff have handled the couple of work orders promptly, friendly and efficiently. I appreciate the extra effort in keeping the grounds clean and neat. My floor plan is perfect for me and I love having the attached garage.
