The view is amazing but the property is understaffed. Most of the apartments are old and require constant maintenance, which causes a problem because there is only one maintenance guy. The laundry mat is leased out so the machines constantly have issues. The tenants constantly throw trash all over the parking lot and grass. There are too many cars in the parking lot, so be aware that your car will get ding damage. The 2 car maximum is not enforced. All of the fixtures aren’t connected correctly, ...
light switch plates are screwed into drywall and fall off, water faucets leak and spray from tub and shower simultaneously. They paint over old dust, debris, and bugs instead of replacing old particle board cabinets and countertops. The pool is still green with no signs of opening. It’s not right to put all these amenities in the description if they aren’t available. People have a right to know what they’re paying for. It’s not the property manager, it’s the company that owns the place.
