As a resident at Amalie Meadows, each member has the rights of a home-owner and votes to make decisions for the entire development. You'll be able to participate in governance of a permanently affordable housing development. Please note: Amalie Meadows is an income-qualified community. Households must meet income eligibility requirements within 60%–80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size. All new residents must also be willing to become cooperative members and participate in the required cooperative education. This project funded in part by the Barnes Affordable Housing Trust Fund of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County.
