WARNING! BEWARE! STAY AWAY

If you are just trying to find an apartment and don’t care about where you call home then by all means move here!! But if you want better for yourself and your family then this is not the place. These apartment are old(built in 1981) and not well maintained. The residence can be very rude and disrespectful. People throw their trash everywhere and sometimes garbage is laying everywhere. The property manager is very rude and shouldn’t be allowed to be a property manager. She gossips about other ...

tenants, sits and smokes her vape pen in the office and has a very nasty demeanor. There is dog poop everywhere but it says no dogs allowed. The hallways are dirty and unkept and it’s a terrible place to be at peace in your apartment. The neighbors don’t care about respecting other neighbors and complaints go unnoticed.

Maintenance doesn't clean hallways its very filthy , laundromat is very filthy, The air-heat conditioners are built like the setup of in a hotel/motel. All of the apartment buildings STANKS! doesn't at all feel fresh or a clean feeling. The out side of the buildings will fool you it looks nice but really once you get inside its a different story. Though, Overall this apartment complex is in a decent-nice location. The good thing is that it is near transportation and shopping. Lastly, watch out ...

for vicious dogs in this apartment complex- Really there not suppose to allow it and only have therapy dogs but somehow owners are getting away with it. Hopefully management can do better as soon as possible.
