Have lived here for 9 years!!! Very friendly neighborhood, makes you feel welcome. The management is very on point when there is a problem and are very easy to deal with. The maintenance guys are always there for you. Am made to feel like I am home!!!

Left numerous messages and took a week for the manager to call back. Heard she was busy with a second job. What good is a manager if you can't contact them. We ended up rented someplace else.

I have ben living at the Amanda Lane Apartments for 10 years with my family icluding 3 children.The space is very specious,clean and well maintained.The management keeps everything in order inside as well as outside Apartments.You can say that this is condo Apartment we live in.Suzy the manager is very nice and helpful person who makes sure for safety and comfort of the tenants!!

The apartments are beautiful and come with plenty of space but that is where the good ends. The office staff was never available and was crabby, the fire alarms constantly malfunctioned and would go off for half hour to hour at a time. And on move out they tried to charge us for a carpet that hadn't been replaced.
