March 27, 2025One of the more affordable apartments in downtown Portland. Prime location of you’re looking to be close to restaurants, clubs, and other establishments. Amara could use better amenities, offerings for tenants, and better cleaning.Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2025Apartment is pretty decent itself, just a little too small for me. I don’t like that my window doesn’t open all the way for fresh air. Also during the cold months, cool air seals through the AC unit and I can’t block it.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2024It’s a decent building. Apartment itself is pretty nice except it’s so cold this time of year cause the window ac/heater unit blows in cold air and there is no way to close the vent. Wish the building had a car charger as well, but that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen anytime soon.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2024The apartment building is very nice. The staff is very polite. The amenities are perfect and I love the gym and the rooftop. The location is perfect as well and rent is cheap.Property Manager Responded
