One of the more affordable apartments in downtown Portland. Prime location of you’re looking to be close to restaurants, clubs, and other establishments. Amara could use better amenities, offerings for tenants, and better cleaning.

Solid. Would recommend! Central location near public transit.. Coffee shops! Pho, book stores, shopping, etc. I mean the area is pretty - Friendly staff.

Apartment is pretty decent itself, just a little too small for me. I don’t like that my window doesn’t open all the way for fresh air. Also during the cold months, cool air seals through the AC unit and I can’t block it.

It’s a decent building. Apartment itself is pretty nice except it’s so cold this time of year cause the window ac/heater unit blows in cold air and there is no way to close the vent. Wish the building had a car charger as well, but that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen anytime soon.

The apartments are very clean, well maintained and in a good location. Having parking on site, as well as a very friendly and helpful management and maintance staff is a huge plus!

We love the apartment and the staff. The location is great, the apartment is really nice, and the staff is really friendly and helpful! We haven't lived here for very long but the staff has worked hard to resolve any issues we've had.

The apartment building is very nice. The staff is very polite. The amenities are perfect and I love the gym and the rooftop. The location is perfect as well and rent is cheap.
