You have to remember a couple of things about reviews. First: Most people who write reviews, like me, write them out of anger. When something they felt was done wrong to them, they feel the overwhelming need to vent about it. Even if most of the time, it is themselves that is the real cause of the problem (sometimes). Most
...people do not take the time to write positive reviews for one simple reason...they are too happy to care and do not have that emotional reaction that demands a review. Not because it is not deserving. But rather because they are too busy being positive and enjoying life. Second: Use common sense!!! If there are only a handful (even less) of negative reviews, that should tell you that most people are very happy with the company and or business. After visiting numerous apartment complexes earlier in the day, our last stop was Vernazza Apartments. And let me tell you...immediately impressed with Maria and her manager (please forgive me Maria if I am spelling your name wrong) and the entire complex. The prices are amazing (compared to many other apartment complexes in that same area). The location seems relatively safe. Right next to an elementary school. The apartment itself (2 bedroom, 2 bath) ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I am looking forward to moving into my apartment at Vernazza this September (2017). If i had one complaint, it would be the hours of the pool and gym. But that is trivial in the grand scheme of things. I wanted looks, safety, friendliness, price, and most of all...comfort! And without even living there one single day...I feel at home! So no matter the reviews...let your own eyes be the judge. Good luck!
