February 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.cominconsiderate management, no guarantee parking, homeless people hanging outside the building, hallways smell of marijuana, old appliances, stained carpet in hallways, warped cabinets, rusty dishwasher, weak water pressure.. i could go on and on. do a walk through before signing up, because once you do you're stuck.. tried buying out our lease and they wouldn't let us.

The staff has been great through the whole moving in process, we needed a fast move in and that’s exactly what we got. As for the apartment itself, the layout is fantastic and was perfectly clean upon moving in. So far amazon apartments has lived up to every expectation!
