August 22, 2024I’ve been living at Amazon Falls Townhomes since May, and it has been such a fantastic experience! The property is absolutely beautiful and always so well-kept. I especially love how pet-friendly the community is—my puppies adore the dog park, and it’s been such a great space for them to play. Since moving in, I’ve been blown away by how friendly and welcoming everyone is. My neighbors are wonderful, and I truly feel safe and cared for here. It’s comforting to be part of a community where people ...look out for each other. One of the things I really appreciate is the fun resident events that the property hosts. They do an amazing job of creating activities for both adults and kids, making it easy to connect with others and feel even more at home. It’s such a unique touch that really adds to the sense of community. Overall, living at Amazon Falls Townhomes has been a joyful experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home!Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2024I recently moved into the Amazon Falls Community and I’m very satisfied so far. I’ve only been here a month but it’s been nice. It’s quiet, the staff is very friendly and responsive, the units are very nice and clean. There is a good variety of amenities like a gym, a pool, 2 dog parks and I was told a jacuzzi was on its way! They also host community events like paint and sip’s and cook-offs which I think is so fun! There is always hot coffee available in the clubhouse/main office as well. All ...payments and paperwork are kept online in a portal that is pretty user friendly as well. It’s been lovely so far!Property Manager Responded

AMAZING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
September 12, 2023Look no further. Greystar PM took over Amazon Falls in late July. Deanna (Community Manager) & Kenna (Leasing Professional) are a breath of fresh air when it comes to property management. Deanna has planned several fun community events bringing all of us together. Kenna always has a smile on her face and both are wonderful at communication. Mario & Vaughn are the best maintenance professionals. I had to put in a (non emergency) maintenance request and Vaughn was out the SAME DAY to fix my ...disposal. Both always have a smile on their face.
