Terribly maintained grounds and there's no security to the building as the lobby is always unlocked and all access doors are crumbling or not locked. Packages routinely go missing as well as homeless people sleeping in the basement.

Quiet and Safe in a GREAT location
August 16, 2015
I moved in two months ago, and I feel safe and secure in this beautiful building. Blocks from Wayland Square, the main courtyard is consistently well maintained, and I have a semi-private backyard. Issues are dealt with as quickly as possible - I had a clogged tub, and the building manager came out that morning and had a professional plumber in to snake the drain before 7 pm that same night! Amazing and reliable.
