Quite and Friendly Neighborhood
February 8, 2021Going on 3 years living here! I love the location and my apartment (still)! Anytime I need fixing in anything it has always been done within 24hrs. Greg, the maintenance guy has always gone above and beyond on his service and Regina provides excellent customer service! Neighbors are friendly and respectful! Horrible horrible horrible mold
December 12, 2017Broke our lease before the year because the mold was so bad. We didn't know there was hold until we became very sick. We turned our bed over and the bottom was covered with mold. Had to throw out so much clothing, my wedding shoes were ruined. When moved out found mold starting to appear in the BABIES ROOM! They did not care and said it was our fault. I talked to the neighbours and they said that it was a problem in every apartment. Cheep and nice during summer but once fall/winter hits ...BEWARE!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Off the Streets
July 23, 2015Amber Court Apartments is a nice, quiet area, that's tucked away in a neighborhood. They allow almost every dog breed and the management is very laid back, which is great to know, that they won't nickel and dime you every month. The only thing I would say I don't love about it, is that there is no smoking on the property. So, when you pull in, all the smokers are standing on the curb on the way in. It's like driving down that nice roadway down an aisle of chimneys, no one looks forward to that ...when you come home. I don't smoke, but I would almost prefer that people smoked on their patios, just to get them off the streets. When they are on the streets, its a family affair, so everyone, and their mother(literally) are there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
