Love my new home
October 27, 2017I just moved in and I am super happy with my apartment. I love the gray carpets and walls. It is so big and spacious. I met my neighbors they are all nice and friendly. Horrible new management
October 4, 2017Apartments are great. Very spacious and clean. But since it's been under new management, the service has been horrible. It takes weeks to get something fixed and they're always closed for days at a time. They never want to replace anything, they "fix" it but it just breaks again.Property Manager Responded
October 10, 2017We do observe Jewish Holidays as well as Major Holidays, however management is always available by phone. We do try to get to everyone in a timely fashion and fix the problem right away. Sometimes this is not possible and it may take more time. worst place i have ever lived!!!!!!!
March 30, 2017dumpsters are always overflowing.my parking permit feel off my mirror so they towed my car at a cost of 225.blunt wrappers everywhere.sectoin 8 everywhere renting rooms to people that do not belong here.the manager blames everything on the owners.its a complete joke.avoid living here at all costs!!Property Manager Responded
July 14, 2017I am sorry you had a bad experience here, if you wish to come to the office and discuss we could possibly assist you with the issues you are having. Trash is picked up 3 times a week. Parking Passes are required to park on property and when you received your parking pass the rules were explained and you signed a document. We encourage anyone who is interested in living here to come check the property out for yourself.

Beautiful Apartments
July 28, 2016Amber Grove is a lovely community located on the border of lakewood and toms river. They have beautiful 2 bedroom apartments. I have lived at the community for several years and plan on staying here for a long time. The staff is wonderful and responds to any problems I have immediately. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location is great! I commute to work so being right down the street from the parkway is a plus for me! Great shopping locations all around.
