This place is terrible, don't fall for it
August 10, 2021Rude and non-responsive staff, horrible pest problems (pigeons in ceiling and walls, flies everywhere when the pigeons die in the ceiling and walls, roaches constantly), rude and inconsiderate neighbors (unsupervised children damaging apartment property, neighbors blasting music and revving car engines at late hours, loud and scary domestic disputes) and not to mention ridiculous charges for rent for what they are offering. Too noisy and no proper apartment rules
October 6, 2018I live in the apartment for 3 years , it was continues noisy , other tenants play their music so loud outside and even by my door.l have a 1year old baby and was continues for migraine headaches.l regretted living here.Children and adults smoke on the stair case by my apartment that l could hardly breath .l had to go on my jobs late because other tenants played music so loud all through the night.l had be aware by 5am daily but could not sleep due to noise .l almost lost my job.I informed the ...apartment severally but they took it a joke.l called police they only took reports and left.The apartment had no respect for the tenants. They cut the water at will without notice , sent people to work on machines loudly on top of the top roof and by the door without notice. It is a very terrible place to live.l will never advice any to take a lease in the apartment.however l had given the apartment leasing office my moving out notice.lt is the worst apartment l have ever lived .Lt is worst than the guttersProperty Manager Responded
