Overall, not a bad place to live
July 30, 2020I moved in a little while ago, and, so far, my experience has been largely positive. The apartment is was clean when I arrived. It is spacious, and I love that there is no carpet. My neighbors are friendly, and the apartment managers are helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. There are a couple of downsides, though. Firstly, the walls are very thin, so unless you are blessed with quiet neighbors, you will hear everything that goes on next to you. Additionally, most people smoke ...here, and, unfortunately, they do so very close to the buildings. When I have my windows open, the occasional scent of cigarette or marijuana smoke will waft into my apartment. I find this very unpleasant, and wish the apartment would establish designated smoking areas well away from the buildings.Property Manager Responded

Be wary of them! They will take you for everything they can!
March 17, 2020I lived here for almost 3 years and left my apartment in immaculate condition compared to when I moved in. They screw me out of my security deposit by trumping up excuses on minor repairs of basic wear and tear of the very cheap cabinets. Rent from here at your own risk. They'll take from you in the end. Their locks are very insecure. We moved in and asked them to change them for new locks, they installed old, weak, and very insecure ones they've had in storage. It was worse after they did the ..."replacement". So, if you enjoy buying new locks and loosing all your money you put down on a security deposit, rent here. They lie about everything. Get it in writing. These people do not honor their word. I moved into a dirty, smelly apartment, and I was told I wouldn't need to clean when I moved out. Despite that, I cleaned it and they still charged me for not cleaning the apartment. This is the way they operate with everything. Update: the response from owner was just an attempt to save face. They won't resolve anything. They still have my security deposit. I even replaced the crappy blinds, toilet seat, and shower head that came with the apartment. Trashy management. Trashy people. Off Fishhook
August 1, 2015very inexpensive for what you get. I have a nice sized 1 bedroom with a large bedroom and walk in closet. They need to stop tenants from dumping their large trashed furniture in the only trash bin. Also screens on the windows would be appreciated. Otherwise great place. I LOVE that I can pay rent online and like the new pay set up for laundry (no more quarters!)Review from Apartments.com
