No major issues
July 27, 2020I moved in September 2019. Touring the apartment and signing the lease were made easy by the management company. Maintenance handles requests in a timely fashion. For the most part you don’t have to deal with management; they leave the occasional note on your door for reminders. The 2nd floor studios are quite small but can be made comfortable with the right furniture layout. The only issues I’ve had are with the paint and plumbing issues. The paint is very cheap and wipes off the walls easily. ...The toilet gives off a weird smell and gets molded if away from the apartment for long periods of time and the water has to be run or boiled to drink.
