Worst management ever
September 20, 2024- the rent was ridiculous for what you get. Plus an extra $300 on top of base rent to go month to month. - management is unprofessional and rude - maintenance is good. However, everything is super cheap. We constantly needed the tile in the bathroom re -grouted , there is a terrible issue with mold multiple times, and the state of the apartment when we moved in was disgusting dirty. (Even though they charged us a cleaning fee) - they nickel and dime for EVERYTHING. Overall, I wouldn’t ...waste your time. Brand New Managment Is Terrible
August 27, 2021We were basically done applying for an apartment at Ambler Crossing when the new management took over. We had all of our paperwork turned in and looked at. The only thing we did not do was physically sign our lease. The new management did not contact us like we were told they would do, so we had to contact them. We were also told by a leasing agent that they would still honor our agreement for the apartment, but after a few days, they called us back and told us they would not honor our agreement, ...and if we wanted to still get the apartment, they would charge us at least $200 more per month.
