Horrible, Incompetent Staff

I moved from this apartment complex over a year ago yet they refuse to take me off their silly mailing list. I have emailed them about it. I have called them about it (and of course the agent had an attitude over the phone) and yet I am STILL receiving their community emails to my email address.
So since the Ambrose refuses to remove me from their mailing list, I will be leaving them a 1 star for every spam email they send me from here on out.

I moved after 2 years. The apartments are OK, but it is the STAFF that are unbearably unprofessional and unhelpful. They are rude, dismissive, and never solve ANY problems. While I lived there I had to deal with stolen packages and other cars parking in my parking spot to ZERO help from the office staff. Repeatedly had issues with maintenance requests for my apartment too.
So glad to no longer live there, but I see they're determined to harass me with their emails anyway so I guess I will continue rating them 1 stars.
