June 1, 2018I started renting at Amelia Apartments in November 2017 since. I've always had excellent and friendly service from the from office to the owner even the maintenance man. Any time I have a question or request they are always sure to respond promptly. I recommend my co-workers and friends to rent here.Review from Apartments.com
Do not rent
May 31, 2018There are bugs, no lights in any bedrooms and half the outlets in the wall do not work. Leasing office staff is very unwilling to work with you. Worst experienceProperty Manager Responded

Our units receive monthly pest control service and more on request. Some outlets are connected to switches and this can be misleading. We remain at your service and hope to improve your experience.
