Stay away!
August 12, 2024Day 6 with no AC and no response from management. After several daily maintenance requests, emails and calls, leaving messages trying to escalate my situation, I have not even been contacted by anyone from the management office. Two different maintenance guys have come to the apartment, did absolutely nothing, no explanations and here we are still no resolution. The level of mediocrity and carelessness from the property management is staggering. I have never seen anything like this! We are long ...term tenants with a perfect record with payments, never caused a problem and this is how they reciprocate. May 30, 2024Place is dirty. Inconsiderate staffing. All lies and faulty advertisements when u first move in. Barely any maintenance and ur car will be broke into. Along with living amongst homeless people that feel entitled to live in a building u pay rent in.Review from Apartments.com
