After living at Ames Shovel Works for almost 3 years, all I can say is that it is a amazing place to live. The units are very well maintained and cleaned regularly. On top of that, maintenance is very friendly and respectful and always on top of getting anything you need fixed. The management actually cares for the tenants at Ames Shovel Works.
