Amidon was built in 1935 and operated as a Middle School for the North side of Iron Mountain for 60 years. In 1995 the building was renovated into apartments. Amidon Apartments currently has 23 units and 10 garages. We provide coin operated washers and dryers for your convenience, locked secure building, and 24 hour surveillance for your security. Lawn care, snow removal, and garbage removal is all included. This is a family owned business and we take great care and pride in our property and relationships with our tenants. Welcome home!
