I’ve had a very positive experience living at Amiya. The community is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance has been needed. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to create a recreational area for children. Adding a playground with oversized play structures, as well as soccer goals and/or a basketball hoop, would provide families with a great space for kids to be active, socialize, and enjoy the ...

Living here has been a great experience. It’s very comfortable and has the perfect amount of space for my family of three. I’m particularly impressed with the maintenance and cleaning staff—they are always attentive to both the interior and exterior of the complex. It’s been alright. The high ceilings are good but the rooms don’t get very cool. I wish there wasn’t carpets in the rooms either. The area is up and coming tho.

So far so good. I wish the pool hours were extended instead of 10pm everyday. It would give people a chance to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi when they get off of work at that time.

Great place to live. Great area to be in. Its growing fast much to do around the area nice and clean. Plenty of place to eat out. Something different in every corner. Everything is just one to two stop lights away or just around the corner
