I’ve really enjoyed living at Amora West! The office staff has always been kind and helpful, maintenance responds quickly, and the community is quiet and well kept. I love the pool area and how pet friendly the property is. It’s a great place to call home!

Amora West Apartments has been such a great place to live! The staff is super friendly and made my move-in process so easy. I love how pet-friendly the community is—my pup enjoys the dog park so much! The pool is a nice spot to relax, and having laundry facilities on-site is really convenient. The location is also perfect, close to everything I need. Overall, it’s a quiet and comfortable place to call home. Highly recommend!

Pest control is by request only instead of quarterly even though we pay for it monthly.
The pool is closed on weekends and only opens when their office is open. They did this two summers ago and still haven't rectified the issue.
I don't want to think about Stout Equity and Amora West management when I get home: I want to rest. But they make that impossible.
Horrible maintenance and old building

I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone. The apartments are old, smell musty, are dingy and have all had water damage. Maintenance is horrible and take days or weeks to respond to any maintenance issues you have. While this is in a good spot in Fayetteville the management is awful.

The management and rental staff are very professional and they go the extra mile for their tenants. They always have a smile on their face and an open ear when you you have an opportunity. The maintenance team is professional and are energetic in accomplishing the task at hand. I find the one bedroom one bath plenty spacious. So far I have found the unit to be energy efficient but I have a North Carolina summer to live through. I am comfortable and feel secure in my home at Treetop ...

I've been living here going on 4 months and I have no complaints!! It's great for your very first apartment , Quiet, the office staff are very friendly and the activities that they have scheduled every month is great! The pool is a nice size and pets are welcome , there are two cops out here so we don't really here about any noise complaints , the only complaint is that the traffic leaving the apartment is hetic... Would refer anyone to move here, very affordable

This is a great affordable apartment for those who don't need anything fancy. It's quiet, clean and a great first place for my boyfriends and I. Our dogs are also welcome and have plenty of space to walk and the pet pick up stations are great. The pool and laundry facility are great amenities as well. parking is not an issue for our two vehicles.

It's good for a first apartment. Insulation is not very good as it does get very cold in the winter and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I would not advise living in the bottom floor Because you can heat every footstep your neighbors take. That's why I give the complex a 4 because it could be alot better than it is. You get what you pay for.
