Very disappointing

My experience living at this townhome community has been extremely disappointing, and the biggest issue has been management. I have personally felt harassed by the property manager because of the way certain situations have been repeatedly handled, and I have also experienced behavior and comments that I considered threatening and completely unprofessional.

pay to call home. Instead of trying to resolve problems professionally, my experience has felt like constant conflict, unnecessary pressure, and poor communication.
I have also noticed residents moving in and moving back out within relatively short periods of time. From my perspective, that should be a serious warning sign for ownership and corporate management. A beautiful property cannot make up for poor management and a negative living environment.
Upper management seriously needs to investigate what is happening at this property, speak directly with residents, review complaints, and address the way residents are being treated. If these management problems continue, I believe the property risks losing good residents, damaging its reputation, and ultimately losing money.
