There’s mouses and cockroaches and other bugs the Mouse get in refrigerator and your stove sometimes they climb on your bed so if u Decided to move here. I’m going to say good luck, dealing with the mouses.

I love love my apartment.its a newly renovated unit and they did a wonderful job,the rooms are huge. The master bedroom can fit 2 queen beds and still have room to move around. The neighbors are so quiet that you may think you the only one on the floor and when you get to meet them in the hallway they be killing you with kindness. I love it here so far

I love Anacostia Gardens!! There is no people just standing around the entrance of the buildings, the neighbors are soo kind, the team in the rental office is the absolute BEST, and my apartment is soo cozy, nice and up-to-date. No complaints at all. This community is very nice but what put the cherry on the cake for me is the kindness that is shown in the rental office! My unit is also a very good size as well!

I have been a resident of Anacostia Gardens for 3 months and so far I love it. My apartment is very spacious and was completely renovated.No mice ,bugs or roaches so far. Neighbors are very kind and friendly with a few exceptions.The overall condition in the complex is very good and its only getting better day after day.only problem is the shootings in the neighborhood every now and then

Spacious and beautiful apartment, all newly renovated.Management and maintenance staff do an awesome job in keeping tenants needs met.Tenants are friendly and for the most part very quiet.
