Spacious apts but ...
February 11, 2016The apartments are nice, but what they dont tell you is that you have to pay utilities separately. So you have to pay rent, electricity, trash, and renters insurance. Which they dont mention until after you sign the lease. Thats an extra almost 200 above rent. Luckily theres no gas. Lots of stray cats fighting around outside in the middle of the night also. And, to top it off, every other night theres a group of people that hang out in the parking lot, drinking and smoking pot. They leave trash ...in the parking lot, and it isnt picked up. Neighbors are nice and quiet, mostly friendly, except some like to leave the gates open for random people to come inside, ruins the purpose of living in a gated community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
small place with big apartments
August 4, 2015Anaheim Cottages is such a cute little place. Built in the 60's the apartments are very big. I have an 850 square foot place with hardwood floor and tile. My patio is big and very private. It is quite here and everyone is very friendly. I have a dog and so do most of the other residents so my dog has a great time hanging out with his friends. There is a pool that is very nice. I have a garage to use for storage and parking my car. There is very little parking on the street so it is nice to come ...home and have my own garage to park in. I am close to the 5 and the 91. Shopping and great restaurants near by and of course there is Disneyland. I love coming home to my place everyday.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
