  • not overall bad but parking Is a huge issue

    In my year as a tenant here, I experienced both pros and cons. The apartments have nice features like tall ceilings, large balconies, and some even have attached garages. Maintenance is responsive, but often lacks necessary parts for repairs. The complex is mostly well-maintained, but dog poo can be an issue. On the downside, I encountered pest problems(recluse spiders and scorpions), system glitches that led to unfair charges, and bad soundproofing. The rent increased significantly without ...
    justification and parking was a major problem. Lastly, the pool was frequently closed and the common areas were rarely cleaned. Future residents should also be aware of planned construction nearby.

  • Wonderful Ammenities! Prompt Maintenance

    I've been here a few months, and I'm LOVING it! My leasing agent, Erika, was super helpful and answered all my questions. When she didn't know the answer she was honest and told me, "I'm not sure, but I'll check". I appreciate her due dilligence and working with me. I had some pretty unique concerns since I work in IT for a living. I needed to make sure all my automation equipment would work and I'd be able to charge my car in my garage. All good on all accounts. There's electrical in every ...
    garage so I'm able to charge whenever I need to. The few minor problems I have had since I've moved in have been addressed within 24 hours. Maintenance is on top of things. I've seen some of the negative posts about the pool getting a little wild and crazy. I've seen it myself first hand, but I've never felt endangered. Nor have I ever felt like it would be unsafe for me to have my neices and nephews over for a swim. All in all GREAT complex! Good for families and even better for single 20-30 somethings with all the ammenities! Couldn't possibly ask for anything more in a company or the complex.

    I went to Andalucia where I met both Ashley and Raydean in their office. I took a tour with Raydean of the grounds and the apartments through each of the sizes they offer and was very pleased with them. I am one of the guys where I work that gives direction on where to go look into for new employees that we hire, who are looking for a place to live or for some who bring their families to the oilfield.     Worse place to live EVER. There is NO parking for those who live in the apartment you will be driving around forever waiting for a spot to open up 3 buildings away from your apartment. And if you want a reserved spot you have to pay a crazy price and you are only allowed 2 but that's the only way you can park here, you have to pay a crazy price. And then if you want someone to visit TOO BAD. They will get their car towed. Weidner has a contract with a towing company to drive around the complex ...
    24/7 towing people without passes as a way to suck the money out of innocent people that can't see their TINY signs on the entrance of the complex. And in order to get a visitor pass it has to be during business hours. And the pass is only valid a week at a time. So if someone wants to stop by and say hi past office hours then TOO BAD. You won't get a pass, they will get towed, weidner will get paid. WORST/SHADY PLACE EVER. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
