As a college student, Andante has been the perfect place to live. Located in downtown Eau Claire, Andante is within walking distance of ample restaurants, coffee shops, small businesses, and the farmers market. I enjoy the small and fun events the property manager, Giana, hosts! The building and common areas are clean and well-kept.

Andante offers a large tenant lounge and conference room on the first floor, which have been perfect for hosting video conference calls and various work presentations.
