3 years and no AC
June 29, 2024I have been a resident for 3 years. I have made countless maintenance requests for this same issue in that time. Each time, I'm told there is nothing wrong with my unit. when trying to contact management, they don't answer the phone. Just recently, I was kicked out of the office after pushing this issue and stating the fact that phone calls, texts, and emails routinely go unanswered. Unethical Property Management
June 29, 2023I submitted a maintenance request nearly 3 months about my A/C being broken. Numerous emails and calls to management, multiple additional maintenance requests later and it is still broken. It is nearly 100° outside and management doesn’t care. Dont move here
October 11, 2018First off walls are so thin you hear everything. Also, the trash around the town like to park in the apartment and there isnt enough parking as it is without having to pay for carports. When you report it to the assistant manager you get "you may address your concerns during our business hours" why have private property signs up if you aren't going to do anything? Why pay rent on time and do everything nice to be treated like crap? Also, if you are against weed dont move here. August 25, 2018My husband and I moved in almost a year ago and have loved it! We have only had one issue with noisy neighbors, which management took care of swiftly. We have had a few small maintenance issues (clogged shower drain) that was handled quickly. Managment has been kind and easy to deal with.
