It's sad because with just a little care and effort around this place and a lot of cleanup and pressure washing with a lot of bleach, it could be a comfortable apartment complex, but right now, go rent somewhere else! Also, do not be deceived by the pics posted, they are on the front entrance and yes they do seem to take better care of the grounds up front, drive back in toward back, grown up weeds, every apt. Is severely molded, limbs on rooftops, molded sidewalks, broken down fences, holes in roadway, rusted out mailboxes, etc. The ownership needs to take some of the money he's pocketing every month and bring these apartments up to standard living conditions, if u pay your rent, you should have working heat and air conditioning and a working toilet.
