The staff has been absolutely amazing. The units are super clean. Very updated. As someone that works from home, it’s very quiet throughout the day and evening. Valentina helped make the process of getting in very helpful and easy. They are prompt with requests. I am extremely happy here with my family. Great location and close to proximity to restaurants, grocery and entertainment.

Andover Club Apartments are very nice community very nice people. Valentina the office worker addresses any concerns or questions you may have. The maintenance comes and fixes everything you need on the day that you asked him to come. Very nice community was very nice people that live around you. The pool is great open all the time and it's been a long time since just really truly great customer service all the way around I would definitely recommend anyone to live here

Very friendly staff, fast response when maintenance is needed. Very clean apartments and surrounding areas. Lots of convenience eating places and food markets.
Close to I4 and I75 and 275 routes, close to Ybor city for night life enjoyment. Close to airport and downtown Tampa and malls.
Dog friendly plus dog park.
Overall a great place to live. Very calm and the neighbors are great.

I’ve been a resident here since 2012. I’ve seen & appreciate the continuous efforts to improve the property. New doors & windows as well as upgraded appliances. The property is quiet & I love the location. I’ve called it home for the last 10 plus years fir a reason.

They have been making a lot of changes recently such as windows, doors, and added a dog park. It’s a bit pricey for a studio apartment,but that’s Tampa in general. Maintenance is good at resolving any issues in a timely manner and Valentina is always great at responding to any questions.
My only issues is with other tenants who may not pick up after their dogs. Management has tried addressing the issues, but people will be people.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay I would highly recommend Andover Club Apartments. I suffer from chronic migraines so this was a prefect option for me. It’s very spacious and the office staff respond in a timely manner. This is my first apartment so I can say it’s not a bad place to start if you’re looking for a place to start. Also the location is prefect; I drive my car on E all the time and there’s multiple gas stations nearby.
