Limited Access
March 20, 2018Forget about the "so-called" tennis courts, fitness center or pool. The residents have limited access to these "sub-par" amenities. Additionally, don't plan on doing laundry after 5 pm or on Sundays as the management's decision to lock the laundry rooms after 5 pm to prevent the abundant bottle collecting poor and homeless is a solution more for the convenience of the staff than it was for the residents. Many residents have to work during the day, and need to keep their work clothes laundered, ...but the management is not or does not seem interested in making their lives easy. So plan to lug your clothing to the various laundry mats in the area. Also, as I pointed out above, shred your mail. There is a regular cadre of poor rummaging through the trash area with diffidence from the staff. When I asked about it, they looked at me as though there is not a single thing that can be done to prevent this. What can we do was the incredulous response. Hire a security guard? Oh, right, costs money, so no, no, no. You would do better to continue looking for a different place to live near UNLV.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 20, 2015It's a great amount of space for your money and affordable to students, but the apartments are very very old. They won't let you see your unit before you move in which is a little sketchy, so don't expect your unit to look as nice as the model they show you when you first visit because it won't be. One of the entrance gates has been broken for the last year and no one seems to be bothered to really fix it. Overall however the staff is friendly and the complex is safe.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2015The Andover apartments have great move in specials. You get spacious rooms a big living room, and kitchen, as well as you own private patio. If is very quiet, and they have your local stores across the street. The bus stop is right on the corner. Mostly everything you need is walking distance. Hope you enjoy.Review from Apartments.com
