September 26, 2025I just moved into Andover community, and so far everything has been great. The staff made the move-in process easy and welcoming. The apartment is clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. My apartment is spacious, quiet. Pool and clubhouse — both are amazing! Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Renters beware
July 23, 2025Terrible onboarding experience and terrible exit experience. CONS- The security gate breaks down frequently, windows leak in building 4 when it rains, 7 people lived above me in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was not cleaned properly prior to move in. Small closet space. I was charged a replacement carpet fee when I moved for a carpet that should have been replaced when I moved in. PROS- Office staff was nice.Property Manager Responded
