My wife and I are first year residents and have had great experiences with the management at Angeleno Park. The property manager has always been very kind to us and has helped us on multiple occasions. As can be expected with apartment living anywhere, things can break down from time to time. Recently this summer our A/C unit failed during an intense heat wave - 100 plus weather. Contacted the property manager and he had a tech fix it in less than 2 days, despite most A/C vendors being extremely ...

busy this time of year. Also saw a couple wasps nest building up and they were removed immediately upon reporting them. I believe this management team does the best it can, and as long as expectations are reasonable, they will accommodate in any way possible. Overall, we are very pleased with this complex and the treatment we had here.

poorly managed and continue to raise rent

They've raised our rent $350 in 2 years. The apartments are nice enough, but there is no manager on site and the person you need to call isn't responsive. You have to call him over and over and he'll argue with you on why something doesn't need fixing. We've had a leaky roof for over a year. We have broken door handles, broken fixtures, etc. When our A/C broke when it was over 100 it took 4 days to fix.

Fair place to live

Angeleno Park is a fair place to live. There is no manager on site and the manager speaks another language so it is hard to communicate with him. They do however offer a decent price for what they are giving for each unit.
