Deceiving
November 17, 2023I arrived at the Anjou Apartments in Talent Oregon, So excited and ready to show my son and family my potential home and they are nothing like pictured!. The rooms are pretty small and the kitchen and bathrooms are outdated. The pool is nothing like the picture to where I needed to ask if there is another pool, I was confused... small and old... The person who took these photos should have a masters in photography and the people who decorated should be interior decorators! They would make money ...doing that! They lack communication skills and will leave you hanging with no answer. "Ghosting" matches the atmosphere of these ghost town apartments. Might as well stay home and not work! The office area is beautiful I'm sure that's the reason they come to work everyday ~ It's definitely a house and it's updated with a full kitchen and so much more! They put way more money into that, than the actual apartments that they somehow rent out.Property Manager Responded

Feels like home
August 23, 2019I am here for over 2 years !!! Moving all the way from Illinois was scary... I am amazed and happy with new managment ! Any issues are resolved right away and questions are answered to my understanding. All staff members are so friendly, positive and helpful with any issues. All the extras in the complex are just a cherry on the top !!! My daughter with her friends love to hang around here because they are not "bored" !!! Great Place
August 22, 2019I live here currently going to school at SOU. It's a quiet and well kept property. It's a quick nice drive to and from school. There is a pool and a gym that is all included with our rent. The staff is friendly and professional and really on top of it. The management seems to really care about keeping the people that live here happy. Really glad i picked this place.Property Manager Responded

Great apartments with options.
May 20, 2018Toured these apartments and really liked that there is more than one option to choose from. There are different floor plans to help fit more towards your needs and likes than just having one option only. The staff was very helpful and Steve and Mindy were a joy to talk to and great tour guides as they showed me around and answered all my questions thoroughly. Really liked that it has a workout room so don't have to drive to town or pay for a membership to workout. Location is very convenient as ...it's a straight shot to the freeway making it quick and easy to get to Medford or Ashland. Hoping to live here soon!
July 21, 2015I live in California and the company i work for (In N Out Burger) is coming to Oregon and I am transferring to open the first Oregon In N Out in Medford, I happened to come across these apartment homes which is very close to where the In N Out is opening. Not only do these apartments and the amenities that come with it look awesome, but the customer service is too! Mikayla(sorry if i spelled it wrong) is very nice and quick to answering all my phone call needs about applying. My perfect first home in a new area

The staff is friendly and efficient and excellent maintenance with a very swift response time. I highly recommend this to anyone moving into this area. Great apartment complex!
November 8, 2014I live at the Anjou Club apartments when I lived in Oregon. They were by far the best apartments I lived in while living in that area. The people who worked for the company were always nice and the apartment was very nice and clean when moved into, everything worked, the only thing that was weird was that there were no lights in the bedrooms. Kind of weird. But anyway the clubhouse was very nice and spacious and they have tennis courts and a small gym! Overall great experience!Property Manager Responded

The office staff were so helpful with the moving process and helped answer all of my questions. The Amenities are so amazing for apartment living. We loved our home at Anjou Club!
May 17, 2014Switching from home ownership to apartment living could've been rough. The management team at Anjou was friendly, responsive, and immediately made us feel welcome. While the amenities drew us in (and they are a' plenty) it was the spacious townhouse, the location (close to work and to shopping), and the staff that kept us there.
