    If anything breaks, you will have to contact them at least 5 times to get anything fixed. And all you hear is excuses. I'm ready to leave this place.

  • Poor Management

    Management is poor! They don't fix things in a timely manner. Management doesn't follow-up on tenant concerns. Management also seems to be unorganized with handling rental payments, bookkeeping, etc.

  • The worst apartment complex in Olive Branch Ms.

    Absolutely would not recommend Annandale gardens, filthy, crime ridden, overpriced and useless management. We went without air conditioning for almost SIX months, had one working burner on our stove and all the electrical outlets are painted over creating a huge fire hazard. Witnessed a big fight in the courtyard by building 30 between 20 or so people, constant loud music coming from the cars of residents and their obnoxious cars. They also do drugs in the corridors of the apartments. If you ...

    I expect and claim to be moving in by the 1st. When I visited on Friday I knew that this is the place for me and my children. I will fit in perfectly and I deserve to live in a classy place such as this. The workers are very friendly and high spirited. The smile gives the greeting a whole different level as well. On tomorrow I know I will receive the call that will say,"I got the apartment!" Looking forward for this being our new home.
