Love this place!
July 24, 2021I’m confused about some of the reviews about rat infestation because I haven’t seen any running around. The ground and landscaping are well kept. They have a cleaning staff that clean the property daily. The neighbors are not noisy. The only noisy experience I’ve encountered from time to time is a neighbor driving into the parking lot with their music blasting but who doesn’t have their music blasting in their car when they get off of work. We all turn off the music once we get out of the car. ...Management does work with you and responds promptly. Likewise the maintenance department. Horrible place to live!
May 3, 2021I lived at Annen Woods for 2 years from 2018 to earlier this year. You can hear the neighbors above you like they are in your apartment. The floors are old and the sounds are disgusting. Maintenance takes forever to respond and even then they are incompetent. Management has a very nonchalant attitude about concerns/complaints. Rent at your own risk!Review from Apartments.com

January 16, 2018After changing management companies, service here is horrible!!!!!! Advertising as a pet friendly community you would think that they would use pet friendly ice melt....but instead they simply do not care. I made a complaint a few weeks ago because my dog quite literally could not walk on the sidewalk. They advised me today 1/16 that they are looking into the issue, however the initial complaint was made over two weeks ago. Besides the fact that this is no longer a pet friendly community, I have ...a had a broken window in my dining room since prior to Thanksgiving. I have reported the issue many times and it is even listed in the online portal. I'd have better luck calling Baltimore County code enforcement at this point. July 30, 2017Heavily INFESTED WITH RATS. We just moved in and now need to start packing all over again and are looking for another apartment. Since moving in 3 months ago we have already caught 6 mice. We've had to hire private termination companies since the apartment staff are incompetent. Assistant manager Sophia is just plain rude and ignorant. There is constant loitering after hours and loud noises. The place is filled with gangs who you can see are dealing in the parking lot. Do not come near this ...place. Save yourselves the situation we are currently in.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Call Home
September 17, 2016I've lived at Annen Woods for 5 years now. Recently I've seen a lot of cool changes to the property. The team is very professional and helpful. Maintenance handles things immediately. They are renovating apartments and I moved from an older unit to one of the new ones. I think they did a good job with choosing the kind of upgrades they added. I highly recommend this community especially with the privacy aspect.Review from Apartments.com
A Marvelous Place
August 8, 2015serene park like setting...sparkling pool...dedicated dog park...on site fitness center...huge apartment homes with a variety of floor plans. Annen Woods, in Pikesville, is a fantastic place to live. The newly renovated homes reflect the latest and best in apartment design. Did I mention the laundry/storage room which I find so convenient? The location just seconds from the Beltway makes getting around especially easy. Where else would you want to live!
