Rent Deposit
July 1, 2024I lived at this property for nearly five years when it started as Broadstone Ridge. It was a nice community and I am an extremely well qualified renter. I have always paid on time. Unfortunately towards the end of my term my air conditioner went out and the property never made a good effort to fix it and ran my energy bill up to three times the normal amount. They also never returned my rent deposit despite several calls and emails.Property Manager Responded
