      Great community with so many amenities. All the staff is very welcoming and super nice. We have the best maintenance crew any apartments/ condos could ever ask for ! This is a nice and quiet community with a gated parking garage which is always good .

      I lived at this property for nearly five years when it started as Broadstone Ridge. It was a nice community and I am an extremely well qualified renter. I have always paid on time. Unfortunately towards the end of my term my air conditioner went out and the property never made a good effort to fix it and ran my energy bill up to three times the normal amount. They also never returned my rent deposit despite several calls and emails.

I have spoken to a few past residents regarding this issue and come to find out a lot of past residents, per their lease in fact did not pay a deposit but paid a Sure Bond which is non-refundable.       I moved into the Annett community 9 months ago and so far it has been amazing. The management are accommodating and understanding. The location is great. I really like my apartment. It’s nice and modern with so much storage space. I really like it here

      Annette is an amazing place to live!!! I feel safe & secure living here. My apartment is spacious and well designed. The varied amenities are fantastic, clean and easily accessible! The staff is always willing to assist in any way needed.

      The Annett is a lovely residential complex with spacious units in a highly desirable Cobb County Georgia location. The leasing staff is very welcoming and well prepared to meet the needs of people seeking desirable pet-friendly leasing space. The amenities are amazing and well-maintained.

    • Roach, Roaches, Roach motel

      Ive lived on the 4th floor for over 2 years and I have NEVER EVER EVER called Pest control and recently moved to the 5th floor (top floor) to be accompanied by seeing over a dozen roaches ? Ive submitted a pest control request and they come and spray the same generic bug spray. The leasing office has yet to apologize, offer a can of roach spray or anything…. Only said I can go! The effed up part about this is, my leasing office Cody, Angie, Brian knew this apartment had a roach infestation and ...
      still allowed me to move in. My neighbor knocked on my door to advise she has seen over 20 roaches in her apt which is directly next door and they’re in her fridge, vents, and dish washer. The apt smells like Mildew and there is mold in the vents/walls
