September 15, 2025Okay maintenance experience I had a leak in the AC and hot water heater room, when the maintenance team came to repair it they left a dehumidifier and didnt leave instructions or a calling card to say they'd been in my apartment. It's been a week and a half and i don't knownif i am supposed to keep using the dehumidifier or not. A calling card and instructions would be really helpful. Also, my stove was repaired but they left a piece of it in the sink, with no info on what to do with it. The ...lack of communication is disconcerting. So I'm glad they did the repairs but info on what they did, why, and the plan moving forward would be invaluable, seeing as this is my home and they came into it without telling me when they were here or follow up on what was done. In addition, my kitchen sink stinks and is slow draining, I complained aboutbit and I have no idea if they looked at it or not. Most of the maintenance requests I have submitted have been completed, but I've lived in many managed apartment complexes and I'm just not used to a mess being left behind after maintenance work, along with the complete lack of communication and little to no follow-up.Property Manager Responded
