Cant Wait to Leave
January 7, 2024Management doesnt seem to care about their tenants wellbeing or sanity. Ive had issues with noisy upstairs neighbors for months and others who make the building smell like smoke. Management has done absolutely nothing. Also told me that my pet wasnt on file even though I had given them my pets info an entire year ago. Theres also issues with the trash compactor. Ive seen garbage piled up by it so many times and it is probably whats attracting gnats here (theres a gnat problem by the way). Beautiful place, management not so much!
November 8, 2022I love my apartment, it’s beautiful & it’s a very quiet area. But the management, is a DIFFERENT story!!! When it came time to renew my lease they were going through a change in management, & constantly stated how someone would get back with me to fix it, cause mind you they charge a $500 month to month fee. No one got back with me but they took care of the $500 monthly charges until 1 day all of that got added to my account for me to pay! So I called to let them know & they were supposed to ...take it off & took months to do so! Last month they finally took it off after 7months, but it wasn’t the whole thing, which again has been MONTHS at this point. I’ve paid my rent this month & all month prior & now I get an eviction notice just like the previous months because they didn’t do their part. So now I will try to constantly call them or catch them when someone is ever so in there office to get this fixed again. a horrible place to live!!!!!
March 31, 2022I wouldn’t want anybody to live here!!!! The people in the front office are horrible they are sad. The apartments are old and isn’t worth the money that they want for it. When it rain my window leaks and the wall as well. They don’t fix anything I lived in a 3 bedroom and it was always hot in the bedroom. Poor Maintenance
October 21, 2020I am residing in this apartment from last 6 months. From last 1 month the maintenance with dumpster is very poor. most of the apartment smells very bad. Though i called Leasing team they are not responding properlyReview from Apartments.com

December 2, 2018In a nutshell since I can only use 50 characters. I moved in sept 1 2018 and moved out on the 27th of September. I stayed in apt 10310 on the third floor. My ac wasn't cooling off my apartment. Their maintenance man couldn't fix it, called out professionals and it was still 78 degrees in there. Would not let me out of my lease, so I broke it. Had to pay 3 months of rent so it wouldn't affect my credit. Do not move to this hell hole!!!Review from Apartments.com
