The elevator in A2 frequently out of service which can be a hindrance and also having to park across the street an anthem house due to lack of parking in the A2 garage is tough especially in the winter and with groceries but otherwise it’s been pleasant living here

Overall the apartment is nice, and offers great views of the city. The maintenance of the building has been lacking and the community events for residents which the used to have dwindled.

Anthem House has been wonderful! All of the staff are very friendly and the residents are peaceful. There are minimal issues, but anytime you need help they are very reliable and fast. I would recommend Anthem to everyone!

Over the past 2 months of living here, the only elevator is broken 50% of the time with no concessions for the inconvenience. Its a really freaking huge inconvenience living on a higher floor. Had to keep postponing large furniture deliveries after moving in & was almost charged a storage fee when the elevator was broken for over 2 weeks straight. The handicapped button for the front door is also always broken. Not enough parking spaces in the attached garage for A2 residents, and was informed ...
about a waitlist but I had to remind them to add me. Seems like there is no real waitlist - either that or no one new ever gets a space. The TV monitor in the lobby is never on, so there's no awareness for the main building's activities unless an email is sent. Took 3 service tickets to get the dryer replaced because maintenance initially tried to convince me it was user error - new dryer works just fine as it should, same user. Otherwise, everything is else is great.

Great move in process and great environment so far. I love the front desk team very nice and welcoming. The gym is my favorite place so far besides my home.

I had a wonderful experience living at Anthem House. The location is convenient and amenities are excellent. What truly sets it apart though is the concierge, Bonnie. She was always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her kindness made living at Anthem House an absolute pleasure. I will miss seeing her friendly face!
