worst service...never get response for any requests
January 22, 2024other than billing the charges nothing is properly managed in this community...maintenance request will be closed without fixing the issues...will never get a response in mail/call even from manager...i have reached them in person couple of times...they will tell tomorrow people will come to fix but the tomorrow never arrives... building condition also not good, recently got to know from other folks like these buildings got lots of damages during snow...i am here for around two months now and ...water was shut 2 days without any notice...Property Manager Responded

Good community with some bad apartment units
May 30, 2022The apartment has a very good friendly neighbors. The maintenance team is quick with minor repairs. And, great school zone. The garage is an awesome amenity. The leasing office's new staff are polite, helpful and very responsive. The community also has a few issues. Lot of pot holes in roads within the community. A few apartments has very bad structural issues. If you are renting in Building 721 Cowboys Parkway(especially units 2058/2057), please tour the unit in person before you sign the ...lease. These units have a very bad slope in the flooring in the entire unit causing serious health issues. The management is aware of this. Worst service and high prices
November 2, 2021Rented an upgraded apartment. Within First 10 days, created 15 service requests, so imagine how many issues were there. They took 2 months to address. Half the requests were closed without addressing. Lot of bugs in apartment. Think again and again before renting hereReview from Apartments.com
Very Bad experience
February 2, 2021Person who are working there not polite, arrogant and not respecting customer. Behave like Tenant are beggars if you complaint about any maintenance work. If any thing happen because of theirs low quality work, they are blaming you only. I am current tenant and on December 12 2020, bathroom mirror was fail down because of low quality work and my child of 9yrs just saved from that mishap, I went for complain, she not even regretting on that ask me to get out from the office otherwise call the ...police. And open the online ticket. I opened the ticket to place new mirror, but today Feb 2, 2021 the ticket still open no updates. Whenever I am going to the office they given the excuses that contractor is working on that but If I asked about the contractor number, manager said she doesn't know about it. I am already given them for 2 months notice for leaving apartment she said if you stay here then we install the mirror. STAY AWAY
August 6, 2019Worst experience in all my years in renting. Do not expect any maintenance or getting your deposit back. On top of that they will find ways to get more out of you during move out without any reason. Not for long term
October 4, 2018Stay away from this apartment if you are looking for more than a year term. Irrational and will increase rent by 180-200$ during renewal. Maintenance is horrible and be prepared to wait for 1-2 months. New management never listens but polite arrogant.Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY
May 9, 2018I live here from past 8 months, the apartment is good like a town home with garage, but the new manager Brandi is a disaster unprofessional and very rude, my service request is pending from the day I came in and when ever I go to her to report that I already put request online,she instead of listening to me she will start shouting at us, we along with some other families have decided to leave this apartment after this schooling year,God help families of this apartment from Brandi.Property Manager Responded

Can never get worse
January 23, 2018Very pathetic and poorly maintained, after new renovation. Still 5 service requests pending from 45 days. Two of them includes leakage and a door ripping off. We have been charged pest control for every month $5 ,but i have received the service only once.nerver been in such community.Property Manager Responded

Not your average apartment
January 19, 2018I have lived here for almost a year. I love my apartment because it seems more like a townhome with the garage on the bottom and the apartment on the top.
