Quiet, well managed, and a great place to live
July 2, 2024For close to 2.5 years now, I’ve been a resident of Anthem at Creekside. During this time, I’ve been very pleased with the level of service that Jennifer and her staff have provided. I know a lot of potential residents read these reviews so I thought I’d take a minute to share some feedback from my experience. Management I’ve lived in Smyrna for 10 years and this is the 3rd complex I’ve lived in. The first two complexes were constantly changing management and there was always someone new at ...the office. Jennifer has been here since day 1. One thing that stands out to me is that she is always aware of what’s going on at her complex. Nearly every morning when I am leaving for work, I see her driving the property checking on things. If you’re a resident here, there are rules and they do expect you to abide by them. To me, they are common sense rules that just make sense and have every resident’s best interest in mind. Management is consistent; what they do for one they do for everybody. Maintenance I am the first resident to live in my apartment and the few times I’ve needed maintenance assistance, the response was quick and courteous. Each morning, they walk the property to make sure it’s clean and free of trash. The complex invests heavily in keeping the lawn and landscaping in excellent condition. It is a very well-kept property. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet and clean community to live in that’s well managed, you should consider visiting Anthem at Creekside.Property Manager Responded
